WAR-What Is It Good For-Absolutely Nothing
In the 1960`s an anti Vietnam war movement grew and grew,beginning in the land of the Earth`s greatest warmongering nation.the USA.
We saw people from all different walks of life form a cohesive unit of "fighting the establishment" as it was referred to by some parts of MSM.
There were street marches and protests mostly at universities [main recruitment age group] because conscription was in and the "Man" said your country needs you son.
In the USA the "man" "Uncle Sam" was Lynden Johnson.whilst in the UK it was Harold Wilson.
In Australia the "man" was Robert Menzies,I`m not entering Canada or NZ into this narrative but they had exactly the same scenario`s developing and concurrently happening with those Nations involved in the US led war on Vietnam.

To go into the history of `Nam is massive as allies were involved in what the "man"said was the fight against communism.

We saw Rudd close Nauru [Howards concentration camp] only to see a massive influx of refugees from Afghanistan/Iraq/Sri Lanka in the main.
This piece is not about the horrors of Manus and Nauru or Christmas Island but about why some come to end up in our neck of the woods,so to speak.
Inside our Labor Party we have division on how refugees are treated and where,but popularism via mainly the Murdoch press again makes us accept cruel and harsh means.
The refugee policy route taken by the Labor right faction has the possibility of crippling the Party into an unworkable unit because many politicians are beginning to speak up against the cruel and inhuman narrative and treatment of refugees,especially children in detention.
How could MY Labor vote to keep the crimes of refugee detention a secret.
How could MY Labor assist the LNP in threatening 2 years jail to whistleblowers and journalists who would dare speak of the atrocities of child rape-adult rape-neglect-assaults-killings etc.

The US found the Gillard government far more pliable to their global hegemony and by the time Rudd2 came about the seed for Australia`s further involvement in the Middle East had taken root,some may say they just re-shot again.
When Labor Deputy Plibersek gave "that" war speech I was horrified for a number of reasons.
1- Tania is a Lefty-- traditionally more peace loving
2- She is female-- a mothering nature
3- She is ALP-- unlikely to be involved in false flag wars

Anyway,in Iraq1,Saddam`s forces invaded Kuwait and Bush senior attacked it`s former ally against Iran.

These images went on and on showing how easy it is for airpower to destroy massive vehicular troop movement.
But then something happened in Iraq after the Arab Spring of Tunisia-Libya and Egypt [all US/Nato led regime changes]
The US lost it`s ability to be able to destroy massive troop movements by Toyota Hi Luxes filled to the brim with IS-ISIL-Al Nusra-Al Nusra Front-Al Qaeda-Mujahadeen etc etc etc
The grouping names of the terrorist bands depended upon who was commentating.
Collectively they are all known as Islamic State or IS for the rest of this piece.
The US had decided Syria needed regime change as Israel had been itching for the US to destroy it`s neighbour to further it`s own greater Israel plans [What you didn`t know? ]

As we all know over 250,000 Syrian refugees poured into Europe recently with Germany taking 80,000 of them
Add these to the sometimes 12,000 per week landing in Italy and Greece from Libya.Tunisia and you have misery on a global scale,and for what? US hegemony , Zionist expansion and EU enabling.
Well finally since the Russians entered this Syrian conflict on 30 September 2015 cracks appeared quickly in the story fed to the public in the West by MSM {Murdoch mainly}
For years stories came out from the M/E that these terrorist groups were CIA creations.
That`s easy to believe on the CIA`s past form in South America South East Asia and Afghanistan.
But when the Ron Paul Institute [ a Repiblican think tank] finally gives the game up we know we should not only never gotten involved but we should have prosecuted past war crimes [ Iraq2 ]

It`s time to dust off the Hippy clothing and protest Australia`s involvement in war,especially needless expansionist wars or resource wars.

Two years ago when Western media was trying to blame Assad for sarin gas attacks on his people a group of Al Nusra agents were caught in Turkey by diligent police work with Sarin Gas cannisters.
